What we process and why

Only the data you send us through forms (such as name, email and your message or request), to answer you and, when you ask for it, to put you in touch with the provider of the service you requested. No profiling and no automated decisions with legal effects.

Cookieless visit counts

We count visits in aggregate (pages viewed, referring site and device type) without cookies and without storing your IP address. To avoid counting the same person twice on one day we use a temporary code built from technical connection data and a key that changes every day and is never stored, so you cannot be recognised the next day. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which content is useful (GDPR art. 6.1.f). If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, your visit is not counted.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit a form (GDPR art. 6.1.a) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a contract (art. 6.1.b).

Recipients

Hosting and email providers under data processing agreements. A third-party provider receives your data only with your explicit consent for that purpose.

Retention

As long as needed to handle your request, then for the legal limitation periods.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdrawal of consent, by writing to hola@buyme.es. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local authority.
