Where do I find the collection point?
Use the location and collection instructions on your booking voucher. Follow those instructions if the supplier uses a meeting point or shuttle.
Is the deposit the same as the excess?
No. The deposit is the security amount held or charged under the rental terms. The excess is the amount you may have to pay towards covered damage or theft.
What should I check before driving away?
Compare the car with the condition report. Record existing damage and check that the fuel level matches the rental agreement.
